We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with team members having a four-day work week. This means no weekends or late-night shifts! Why? Because we truly value a work life balance. While the work we provide is incredibly important and valuable, so are you. Pay Range : rate is based off from experience and certifications but can range from $18.00 to $27.00 per hour. Responsibilities
- Assisting Veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures
- Understanding of medical terminology and products
- Safe and fear free animal restraint/handling
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Running lab diagnostics
- Radiology techniques (including dental)
- Phlebotomy skills / catheter placement
- Appropriate sterilization of hospital and equipment
- Provide education for clients through effective communication
- Anesthesia monitoring including pre and post op
- Machine maintenance
- Appropriate record keeping
