About the Role This position is a shared role between Surgery and Internal Medicine, offering a unique opportunity to: Build strong anesthesia and technical skills Learn advanced procedures at a comfortable, supported pace Gain exposure to additional specialty departments over time This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who is still learning or eager to learn and wants hands-on mentorship in a specialty setting. Mentorship & Training at LVS We believe great technicians are developed, not thrown in and expected to figure it out alone. As a newer or specialty-curious technician, you can expect: One-on-one training with experienced technicians and clinicians A supportive onboarding process with technicians who love to teach and mentor. Gradual skill advancement—no pressure to “know it all” on day one Ongoing feedback, encouragement, and opportunities to ask questions Cross-training in Surgery and Internal Medicine, with exposure to other specialty departments over time You’ll even have the chance to learn how to run CT scans—a skill that sets technicians apart and opens doors for long-term growth in specialty medicine.
