About The Position

Foxcroft Veterinary Services a Vetcor Hospital, is seeking a full time Veterinarian Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our dedicated team ! We are looking for an exceptional candidate that has experience in an animal health-based atmosphere but are willing to train the right person. We are a 3-doctor, small animal practice that will be growing into a 4-doctor practice later this year. The successful candidate will be a detail- minded, team player who loves to provide high quality client and patient services in a busy animal hospital. Candidate should also be pleasant, have a good sense of humor, and a true love for animals. A fast learner with a willingness to follow direction and pitch in wherever help is needed will be a must . We believe in letting our staff have a good work /life balance, employees have a 4- day work week with 10-hour shifts. Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring
  • Safely restrain patients and provide compassionate, high-quality care
  • Perform diagnostic testing, including lab work and radiographs
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
  • Maintain accurate medical records and support client education
