Responsibilities

Assist the Veterinarian with routine patient appointments and surgical procedures
Collect and prepare laboratory samples for in-house and offsite testing
Assist with radiographs and ultrasounds under the guidance of the attending Veterinarian
Set up, monitor, and assist in dental/surgical procedures
Prepare and assist in surgeries, including catheter placement, blood draws, and anesthesia monitoring
Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and stored
Prepare appointment rooms prior to scheduled patient visits and provide detailed medical notes following the visit
