About The Position
The Veterinary Technician provides essential support to veterinarians, fellow technicians, and researchers. This role involves comprehensive laboratory animal care, daily monitoring of animal well-being, and maintaining the cleanliness of clinical areas. Key responsibilities include assisting with various medical procedures, offering surgical and anesthesia support, triaging cases, performing medical imaging, and administering medications. The technician is also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and managing supply inventory.
