About The Position

Dale City Animal Hospital is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our growing AAHA-accredited small animal and exotics practice in Woodbridge, VA! We treat dogs, cats, and exotics (small mammals, birds, reptiles) and are actively building out our daytime ER department. We're ideally looking for an LVT with 2-5 years of experience, a background in emergency medicine is a plus! But for the right person - someone who brings great energy, a team-first attitude, and a passion for patient care - we're absolutely open to less experience. We're more focused on finding the right teammate who fits our culture and is excited to grow with us.

Requirements

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
• 2-5 years of experience preferred
• Background in emergency medicine is a plus
• Great energy and a team-first attitude
• Passion for patient care

Responsibilities

• Work a mix of general practice, surgery, and outpatient care
• Care for hospitalized patients during the day
• Collaborate with a laid-back and independent team that values quality medicine and mutual respect
• Help shape the future of our daytime emergency services
