About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring, with advanced veterinary skills. As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge. You will coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. You will work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings, organize training schedules for Technician staff, identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution, and provide feedback to leadership while working to develop performance improvement plans.

Requirements

Responsibilities
