About The Position

KC Cat Clinic is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician! We are a small, 3 doctor practice in the Brookside/Waldo area of Kansas City, MO. Our focus is on low-stress handling, client education, longer appointment times, and a calm, quiet atmosphere for our patients. We like to send home a lot of information for our kitty parents, and have a huge focus on client education regarding medical and behavioral concerns. We also think a work/life balance is extremely important, and we can be flexible with urgent doctor’s visits and time off when you need it.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

Responsibilities

• Assist in rooms with surgeries and anesthesia
• Manage the controlled drug log
• Use cat-friendly handling skills
