About The Position
VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician for our Emergency and Intensive Care Department overnight team. Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 8pm - 6am. Compensation: $31 - $36 / hr. Required qualifications include Certified (or eligible) Veterinary Technician in Oregon. Previous experience with companion animal nursing care (dog/cat), diagnostic imaging, triage assessments, and post-operative care. Excellent communication skills necessary to interact effectively with coworkers, specialists, clients, and patients; ability to readily learn new procedures, must be adaptable.
