Instruct and implement the Veterinary Nursing Programs to educate students in accordance with the curriculum standards and objectives. Requirements

• Current credential as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
• Associate degree from an AVMA CVTEA accredited program
• 3+ years of practical veterinary experience
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to demonstrate veterinary procedures and patient restraint techniques

Responsibilities

• Deliver Engaging Instruction: Develop lesson plans and conduct hands-on demonstrations that bring veterinary nursing to life
• Monitor Student Progress: Track lab competencies, evaluate performance, and maintain our 80% student success standard
• Provide Active Support: Mentor students through academic challenges and celebrate their achievements
• Ensure Program Excellence: Maintain accurate records and coordinate enriching clinical experiences
• Promote Safety: Monitor classroom and lab activities while teaching proper safety protocols
