About The Position

Responsible for instructing and implementing the Veterinary Technician program, ensuring student education aligns with curriculum standards and objectives. The Role: We are hiring an RVT or DVM as Substitute Veterinary Technician Instructors to cover classes as needed. Morning 8 am- to 12:00 pm | 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm |6:00 pm to 10:pm schedule options.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program or AVMA CVTEA-accredited program.
• 3+ years of practical veterinary or veterinary technician experience.
• Excellent communicator and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned curriculum lessons or provide support in a laboratory setting.
• Grade assignments and support student learning.
• Ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
