About The Position
The Veterinary Technician II is responsible to provide support to veterinarians in the instruction of clinical skills which include, primary patient care, basic surgery, diagnostic techniques and anesthesia with an emphasis on clinical techniques on large animal species (horses, cattle, sheep, goats, swine). Oversees the maintenance of the physical area within the clinical skills and gross anatomy laboratories. Oversees scheduling, handling and compliance for large animal used in teaching.
