BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Technician! Our emergency service is growing and we are seeking to add skilled veterinary technicians to our team, RVT preferred. Experience in both ICU and ER/Triage desired. This is a fast paced environment with the potential to work in tandem with our specialty services. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays. Nice To Haves

- Experience in both ICU and ER/Triage desired.
Responsibilities
- Triage and obtain patient history
- Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
- Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
- Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
- Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
- Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
- Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
