Our exceptional team of licensed veterinary technicians are the heart of VERG. With our Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) team they play a vital role in delivering life-saving care. They support our board-certified Criticalists, emergency clinicians, and specialists across all departments. As we grow, we’re seeking top-tier technicians who thrive under pressure and want to make a real impact. In this dynamic role, you’ll be on the front lines of veterinary medicine, supporting complex and urgent cases in Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Radiology, and Neurology. You’ll help stabilize critical patients, perform advanced monitoring, support intensive care treatment plans, and ensure seamless patient care. This role offers the flexibility of a 3-day workweek, with shifts available from 8a–8p, 10a–10p, 12p–12a, or 2p–2a. This schedule supports comprehensive emergency coverage while providing our dedicated team with a four-day break each week.

Requirements

Licensed or Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT)
Minimum 2 years of veterinary technician experience, preferably with ECC or emergency experience in a specialty setting
