Lead and support our Emergency & Critical Care team—helping with staffing, training, communication, and client care—while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Overseeing daily operations and staffing to keep things running smoothly Supporting hiring, training, performance reviews, and staff development Partnering with hospital leadership on goals, payroll, and workflow Promoting collaboration, communication, and client satisfaction across teams Providing leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support
