This is a full-time position for an experienced (at least two years) or licensed Veterinary Technician with a background in small animal surgery. Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Licensed Veterinary Technician with a background in small animal surgery.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient ability in performing all skills of a surgical technician.
• Experience in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Perform all skills of a surgical technician, including anesthetizing, maintaining, monitoring, and recovering patients perioperatively.
• Perform drug calculations.
• Perform all skills of an exam room technician.
• Conduct venipuncture and IV catheter placement.
