We’re seeking a Board-Certified Surgeon or an individual who is residency-trained in Small Animal Surgery to join our team! We're eager to welcome you to our team as we gear up to unveil our brand-new hospital by Fall 2025! We’re on the lookout for an experienced clinician with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the way in building and expanding our Surgery department. Our new building will feature three surgical suites and plenty of space for you to grow your service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be a key player in contributing to the growth of a talented team in a thriving area, all while working collaboratively with our team to build a strong service! The team in Monterey believes in collaborative medicine between all departments to provide comprehensive patient care. In addition to emergency care and our existing specialty services in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Surgery, we are expanding our team and seeking a Criticalist, Radiologist, Oncologist, and Neurologist for our spacious new building. Our hospital currently offers a complete in-hospital diagnostic suite including a 16-slice Toshiba Aquilion CT unit, stat-lab, rigid and flexible endoscopy, ultrasound, and digital radiography. We also have a private and dedicated oncology suite with a Germfree Class II, Type B Laminar Flow Biological Safety Cabinet and equipped with Phaseal closed system transfer devices. In addition, we have a Minimally Invasive Surgery program with rigid laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, and arthroscopy.
