No general wellness appointments, no on-call duties, and no walk-ins. Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll enjoy a consistent schedule designed to give you the time and tools to perform at your best. A healthy tech-to-doctor ratio. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, assistants, and recovery staff who are skilled in anesthesia, patient monitoring, and post-op care. From prepping to recovery, they’ll have your back every step of the way. Our hospital combines the heart of a small, family-oriented clinic with the advanced tools and technology to support complex surgical cases. Here’s what you’ll have at your fingertips: • Two surgical suites: one for soft tissue surgery and another fully equipped for dentistry with high-speed drill and digital dental radiography • Digital full-body X-ray and ultrasound for precise pre-op and post-op diagnostics • IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment for same-day results and surgical clearance testing • Dedicated cat and dog recovery rooms with size-appropriate kennels and quiet spaces for smooth post-op care • Comprehensive anesthesia monitoring (BP, pulse ox, ECG, and capnography) • Four spacious exam rooms with EMR access (Avimark + ScribbleVet AI) for pre-surgical consults • A supportive team of licensed techs and skilled assistants who love surgery as much as you do Our clinic is clean, efficient, and always evolving—with plans for continued equipment upgrades and opportunities for you to guide surgical improvements as our surgical program expands. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license in the state of Ohio
• 2+ years' experience performing small animal surgeries (spays/neuters, soft tissue, and mass removals required; orthopedics a plus)
