Requirements

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Completion of a surgical residency program
• Board certification or eligibility for board certification in surgery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standards of patient care

• Experience in a specialty and emergency setting
• Interest in teaching and mentoring
• Familiarity with advanced surgical techniques

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality surgical care to patients
• Collaborate with board-certified specialists in various fields
• Work with a dedicated 24/7 Emergency team
• Support and mentor technicians and support staff
• Contribute to the development of the surgery service
