Our Rehabilitation Department is looking for an experienced registered veterinary technician (RVT) or veterinary assistant to join our growing practice! We have a service-oriented practice, with a focus on stress free patient visits, excellent client education, and treatment transparency. Our rehabilitation therapists and assistants perform the majority of our patient treatments and develop close relationships with clients. Our growing department has dedicated rooms for therapeutic exercise, underwater treadmill, and VetSystems whirlpool, and we offer Class IV & Class IIIB LASER, therapeutic ultrasound, and PulseVet extracorporeal shockwave therapy. Our veterinarians enjoy training and focus on continually learning; they carry certifications in acupuncture, trigger point needling, massage, and veterinary spinal manipulation. The Rehabilitation Therapist is routinely entrusted with patient assessments, procedures, and treatments. The Rehabilitation Therapist must be a detail-oriented person who can maintain high standards of patient care and can work efficiently both independently and as a team. Rehabilitation Therapists must communicate clearly with the rehabilitation doctors, client services team, and the other rehabilitation staff to ensure that patients receive the care that they need and must be able to document all client communication and patient observations thoroughly.
