About The Position

Join Our Veterinary Team as a Client Service Representative! Are you passionate about helping people and their pets? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing outstanding customer service? If so, we want to meet you! Liverpool Animal Health Center is a busy 5 doctor practice that sees cats, dogs, pocket pets, and exotics. We are AAHA and NYSVMS accredited, meaning we offer excellent standards of care. We're proud to say that we have a healthy doctor to support staff ratio, a low turnover rate, and many of our staff have been with us 10-15+ years! Our hospital also prioritizes a work-life balance. We close at 6 pm Monday-Friday and 12 pm on Saturdays. This means no on-call hours and staff rotate Saturdays, giving you ample opportunity for full weekends off. Team members also have a day off during the week, giving you time for "life" like getting a hair cut, an oil change, or going to the dentist. (Or maybe you just want to sleep until noon and then binge tv!) We're looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who will be the warm, welcoming face and friendly voice of our veterinary practice. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating positive experiences for both pets and their people from the first phone call to the final farewell at checkout.
