Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
• Strong computer aptitude and experience with multi-line phones.
• Ability to learn new skills and software (Ezyvet cloud-based veterinary software).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask when needed.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of recent office experience, preferably in veterinary medicine.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to clients and their pets upon arrival.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and take clear and concise messages for staff.
• Communicate clearly about the services provided by the clinic.
• Schedule appointments efficiently in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collect payment from clients both in person and over the phone.
• Perform end of day reporting and balance the cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and retail area.
• Perform additional clinic cleaning duties as needed.
