About The Position

Pet Medical Center of Pasco is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Position Details Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour based on experience Schedule: Flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule with 1 Saturday shift per month. Requirements

1–2 years of veterinary receptionist experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and common procedures
Compassion and empathy for clients, pets, and coworkers
Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Must enjoy puppy kisses and kitty headbutts

Responsibilities

Greet clients and pets, manage check-ins, and escort to exam rooms
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Make reminder and follow-up calls
Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
