About The Position

Hope Veterinary Care is Hiring a Client Care Specialist! Position Details Role: Client Care Specialist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: 4 full week days and 1/2 day every other Saturday Hope Veterinary Care is a small animal practice with a close-knit, 2-3 doctor team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and clients. We are proud to offer a balanced work-life schedule with no evening or Sunday hours. As a full-time Client Care Specialist, you’ll work four weekdays and two half-day Saturdays per month. Position Overview The Client Care Specialist is the first point of contact for all clients, providing an exceptional experience both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include: Handling client inquiries and managing client accounts. Scheduling appointments and coordinating services. Delivering warm, personalized care to all clients and their pets.
