As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional veterinary client experience while supporting our doctors and clinical team. ๐Ÿพ Veterinary Client Experience & Front Desk Responsibilities ๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿพ Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Greet clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and empathy Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations Maintain smooth front desk flow in a busy veterinary clinic Answer multi-line phones and provide accurate information about services ๐Ÿ“ž Communication & Support Educate pet parents on services and general pet care guidance Coordinate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to support patient care Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach ๐Ÿ’ณ Administrative & Financial Responsibilities Process payments and manage client accounts accurately Enter and maintain precise client and patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system Ensure all documentation and transactions are completed efficiently What Weโ€™re Looking For: Preferred Qualifications: 1โ€“2 years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Veterinary CSR Experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or medical office setting Passionate about veterinary medicine but newer to the field?
