About The Position

Colleyville Animal Clinic, an established AHAA-accredited veterinary clinic, is seeking an upbeat, energetic person to join our team as a full-time receptionist. We have wonderful clients, great doctors, and a fantastic staff team in a comfortable environment. We practice high-quality medicine, providing the best care possible for our clients and patients. We are seeking a highly motivated person who can demonstrate client focus and satisfaction as well as compassion and care for animals in a fast-paced environment. Must communicate well with clients and co-workers and handle stressful situations with poise and confidence. Previous veterinary experience preferred. Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am-6 pm and Saturday 9 am-12 pm.2 Saturday shifts a month are required. Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and patients
Utilizing Cornerstone Veterinary Software
Scheduling; checking patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, and boarding
Efficiently managing multiple phone calls and messages
Accepting payment for services
Performing end-of-day procedures
