Position Details Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:45 am - 2:00 pm Position Requirements: One year of experience in a veterinary environment Naticook Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced full-time veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated team. We are a small animal practice with three compassionate doctors. We take pride in providing high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative, and friendly environment. Ability to remain upbeat, courteous, and calm under pressure during challenging situations with clients and all other team members. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, e-mail, and data entry. Experience using Avimark is a plus. Experience with standard office procedures and multitasking in a busy environment. Flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed. Eagerness and willingness to learn. Requirements
