Opelika Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Position Details Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Opelika Animal Hospital is ready to hire a part-time receptionist to join our team! Our receptionists are the face of the practice. This role plays an essential part in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service. We are a walk-in clinic open 7:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am - noon on Saturdays. Our days are fast-paced and full of energy! We have an excellent team, some of whom have worked here for 20+ years, so we are more like family! Responsibilities
- Processing Payments
- Daily interaction with clients
- Assisting Doctors as needed
- Charting clients
- Answering phones
