South Orange Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Position Details Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $20 - $28 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays Love animals and want to make a real difference every day? Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

Prior veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and a vital member of our care team
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
Check patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information
Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
