About The Position
Animal Care and Wellness Center is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Animal Care and Wellness Center is an ever-growing, two-doctor small-animal practice seeking an outstanding, responsible individual to join our team – our ohana – as a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR). Our ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, and ready to greet clients and patients with a warm smile and plenty of Aloha! Requirements
- A friendly, positive attitude: A warm, easygoing demeanor with a genuine love for working with pets and their owners.
- Excellent customer service skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
- Organization and attention to detail: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay on top of scheduling, payments, and records.
Responsibilities
- Being the first and last impression for our clients—greeting them warmly and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Managing phone communications: scheduling appointments, answering questions, and directing calls appropriately.
- Handling financial transactions: processing invoices, payments, and providing estimates.
- Maintaining accurate records in our system, including client communications and patient updates.
- Supporting the medical team by facilitating smooth patient flow, communicating wait times, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participating in marketing and social media efforts to help promote our hospital and services.
- Assisting with inventory and supply management as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
