Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns with empathy
Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows
Experience with practice management software
A positive attitude and ability to contribute to a supportive, upbeat team culture
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Strong attention to detail
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational habits

Responsibilities

Greet clients and manage check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, schedule appointments, and relay messages
Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
Communicate effectively with clients about services, policies, and pet care instructions
Support daily clinic operations by assisting with filing, invoicing, and light cleaning
