About The Position

West Shore Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist (1+ years in a veterinary or medical setting) to add to our team of compassionate professionals who aim to provide high-quality veterinary care. We are more than a group of compassionate veterinary professionals; we are a supportive team that believes in a 'better together' philosophy and strives to cross-train and educate our staff so that we can all find a growth path. We aren't shy about showing our appreciation. Our team enjoys a proper work-life balance and flexible scheduling with no night, on-call, or emergency shifts but will be required to work every other Saturday shift.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a veterinary or medical setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
