Penny Paws Animal Clinic - San Antonio is ready to hire an experienced veterinary receptionist to help expand our kind, welcoming clinic culture. Requirements

• Experience as a veterinary receptionist.
• Proficient ability in administration skills.
• Animal handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all administration skills of a clinic, including scheduling, financial transactions, reviewing medical records, handling multi-line phone systems.
• Maintain a positive lobby and appointment flow.
• Function efficiently and multitask under pressure.
