Requirements

• Experienced in veterinary reception or customer service (1 year preferred)

Responsibilities

• Be the first warm welcome and the last friendly goodbye
• Manage phones, schedule appointments, and relay information between clients and our medical team
• Help create a smooth and compassionate client experience from start to finish
• Support our amazing team in delivering top-notch care
