Our ideal candidate must be highly motivated, reliable, able to communicate clearly, prioritize tasks, work independently and pay close attention to detail. The CSR works an 8 or 10 hour shift scheduled shift Monday - Friday and plays a vital role in providing excellent client service. In addition to greeting clients, checking in clients, taking payments, making appointments, answering calls, the CSR is also responsible for entering clients/patients into the practice software. The CSR provides support to the surgeons and all other CVSS employees as needed to ensure high quality patient and client care.
