Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience is required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the clinic team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and educate clients about veterinary services.
  • A passion for animals and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
  • A humble and team-oriented approach, embracing opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Cornerstone preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls and emails.
  • Managing patient records and accurately entering information into our practice management system.
  • Assisting veterinary staff in maintaining a smooth workflow, including preparing examination rooms and organizing medical supplies.
  • Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a seamless clinic experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their furry companions.
  • Displaying empathy and understanding when addressing client concerns or offering support during difficult times.
