The Purchasing coordinator will oversee the procurement and distribution of the hospital's equipment, supplies and related services. This role is essential in ensuring that all departments have operational equipment and supplies, maintaining optimal reorder levels, and ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures such as Thrives Controlled Substance Policy and OSHA Policy and Procedures. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining CUBEX machine medications, distributing purchasing information to involved parties, reviewing purchase request forms, and facilitating the internal ordering process for optimization.
