About The Position
As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our veterinary clinic operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing all practice operations, including staffing, inventory control, and facility maintenance. You will recruit, train, and supervise office staff to ensure adherence to practice protocols and procedures. Additionally, you will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, payroll management, and vendor relationship maintenance. Ensuring compliance with DEA and OSHA regulations and other relevant legal requirements is also a critical part of your role. You will develop and implement efficient office procedures and patient record systems, mediate and resolve conflicts among staff members, and address client concerns professionally. Collaborating with veterinary professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and client service is essential, as is developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the practice. Staying current with veterinary terminology and best practices in veterinary practice management, as well as facilitating clear communication between pet owners, staff, and veterinarians to ensure optimal patient care, will be key aspects of your position.
