As the Practice Manager, your role will include: Overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and seamless workflows. Partnering with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional client and patient care. Collaborating with Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) to implement operational goals, recruitment efforts, and onboarding initiatives. Monitoring and managing financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, and expense control. Developing and enforcing hospital policies, procedures, and best practices. Leading training, professional development, and performance management for staff. Fostering a positive, team-oriented culture focused on innovation, learning, and client satisfaction. Acting as a point of contact for client feedback and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in a veterinary, medical, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude with a focus on operational success and employee engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with veterinary practice management software is a plus.
  • A degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
