Ophthalmology Internship (12-Month Training Opportunity) Animal Eye Care | Melbourne, VIC Animal Eye Care is seeking an experienced Veterinarian with a demonstrated interest in Ophthalmology to join our specialist team. Applicants must be eligible for veterinary registration in Victoria. This is a 12-month structured training opportunity , commencing as an Internship, with the potential to progress into a Residency program subject to satisfactory performance. As Australia’s largest provider of continuing education in veterinary ophthalmology, Animal Eye Care fosters a culture of teaching, mentorship, and research , working closely with the Centre for Veterinary Education. About the Role As an Intern, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of ophthalmology cases, working closely with Specialists, Residents, and a highly experienced nursing team. This is a busy referral-based practice offering exposure to a high medical and surgical caseload , making it an excellent foundation for those pursuing specialisation.
