About The Position
Buffalo Veterinary Group , a leading specialty and emergency hospital in Buffalo, New York is seeking a Board -Certified or Residency -Trained Veterinary Ophthalmologist to join its growing, progressive team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing comprehensive ophthalmic care, possess strong leadership abilities, and demonstrate a passion for providing the highest quality of care to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving referral hospital that offers a dynamic caseload, state -of -the -art facility and equipment, while working with a collaborative team of additional specialists and experienced emergency clinicians.
Requirements
- Board -certified or board -eligible in Ophthalmology
- Strong commitment to patient care and education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care
- Collaborate with other veterinary specialists and support staff
- Stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary Ophthalmology
- Teach and mentor medical students
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
