About The Position

The Veterinary Emergency Referral Center (VERC) in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full-time Nursing Manager to lead and elevate our Emergency nursing team! This is a key leadership role for an experienced veterinary nursing professional who is passionate about people, medicine, and operational excellence in a fast-paced emergency setting . Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Compensation increases with advanced leadership experience and clinical expertise. Requirements

Credentialed Veterinary Technician/Nurse (LVT, RVT, CVT, or equivalent)
Significant experience in emergency and/or specialty veterinary medicine
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a clinical setting
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) required; multilingual skills a plus

Responsibilities
