We have a great opportunity for a part time experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our wonderful team! W e provide many of the services of larger hospitals, alongside personalised and professional care for all our patients, in a genuinely warm and friendly environment . We want someone who enjoy s an interesting and varied case load and work environment , and who is passionate about patient and client care. We are passionate about providing a positive learning environment to make sure our nurses are highly skilled and are mentors to each other. W e are happy to teach all aspects of the role and provide opportunities for ongoing professional development .
Requirements
- We need someone 30 hours a week (including some Saturdays)
- Have a Cert IV in Vet Nursing or equivalent and have over 2 years of clinical experience
- Ha s excellent knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures and b e competent in all aspect of nursing from phone triaging to nurse consults, taking blood/placing catheters and monitoring/recovering anaesthetics
Responsibilities
- Assists our veterinarians with a range of different surgeries and procedures
