About The Position

Spruce Hill Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Medical Director who is motivated by excellent medicine, thoughtful leadership, and a collaborative team culture. Requirements

• Licensed Massachusetts Veterinarian - active and in good standing
• All Experience levels considered
• General surgical experience or willingness to learn is preferred
• Prior leadership experience or strong interest in mentorship and medical oversight
• Commitment to high-quality medicine, team development, and client communication
