Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
Strong communication and client-education skills

Responsibilities

Medical Director Duties include setting and upholding medical standards
Developing and mentoring the veterinary team
Providing strategic leadership and operational partnership
