About The Position
Hillchester Animal Hospital in Hillside, IL seeks a Full Time Hospital Manager/Technician. The Hospital Manager/Technician is a leader and an integral member of the veterinary clinic management team. The Hospital Manager partners with the veterinarian and staff to provide a smooth and profitable operation by driving revenue and managing costs while creating a hospital culture based on high quality patient care and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing, planning, and coordinating the overall operations of the hospital, and cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to management, while 50% will be dedicated to working on the floor as a technician. This is a small hospital with one DVM and approximately 3 additional staff members.
