Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic is looking for a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will help create a collaborative yet engaging work environment, and share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. Previous veterinary clinic experience is required, and experience managing a team is ideal for this role. Priority will be given to technicians. For the right candidate, there is opportunity for multi-site management with our other location in Jacksonville. The Hospital Manager will be responsible for operational oversight of our hospital, including the leadership of the technician and receptionist support teams; managing financial and business development of the practice, including managing the budget and key performance indicators; and overseeing client care and communications by mentoring support staff to demonstrate exceptional customer service. This position will also require regular shifts working “on the floor,” commensurate with experience (i.e., if you have technician experience, you will work as a technician or if you have reception experience, you will work reception), as the need arises.
