About The Position

The Hospital Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the veterinary clinic, ensuring both financial and emotional health of the organization. This role involves managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment for animals, and ensuring that the clinic meets its goals and mission. The Hospital Manager will also handle customer service issues, staff training, and scheduling, while actively participating in the clinic's operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of Supervisor/Manager experience
• Veterinarian technician skills including admitting patients, surgery monitoring, dispensing medications/vaccines, and intravenous blood draws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under stress and pressure
• Valid Texas Driver's License and pass DMV check
