About The Position
The Financial Manager is a key strategic partner in driving the financial and operational performance of our hospital. This role goes beyond the numbers - while responsible for core financial functions such as budgeting, reporting, revenue cycle management, and compliance, the Financial Manager at VRA also plays a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of 2-3 medical billers and 5-10 Administrative Department Coordinators and Customer Service Leads. We're looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in financial management, proven experience leading teams, and a practical understanding of how hospital departments collaborate to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
