About The Position
The Hospital Administrator (HA) is a leadership role responsible for the overall success of the veterinary hospital. This position involves accountability for various performance metrics including revenue, productivity, staff training, client satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness. The HA must be actively involved with the staff and participate in external relationships with industry groups and community organizations. Additionally, the HA will manage the financial health of the hospital, using financial data to monitor and improve performance.
